What is the Flavorful FIT Movement?

The FlavorfulFIT Movement is a program for those who want to work on the foundations of health by learning how to  improve diet, mindset , sleep , healthy habits etc.  The FF program focuses on balancing your hormones ,hunger cues , reduce cravings, with many options to choose from so you don't feel deprived. Many diets focus on restriction and cutting out food categories this is NOT it. The program is well balanced in all food categories to make you feel satisfied , and meet your daily requirements of important nutrients, vitamins and minerals. 

I believe real changes start with individualized guidance and group support if needed. Maintaining a open relationship and being comfortable to talk about your personal hardships , weaknesses and concerns truly helps you and me understand and treat  the root causes of your emotional , mental and physical concerns.

I truly believe the FlavorfulFIT plan is not a diet, but a lifestyle you can commit to longterm.The beliefs around Flavorfulfit is all about a Whole Foods Approach and learning how to swap out processed ingredients for better quality ones and learning how to have a 80/20 balance . You can achieve your goals and feel great from the inside out. There is no such thing as being perfect and the all or nothing mindset does more damage long term.

Currently we  work with clients who live internationally.

Do I need to order special food?

No, we will provide you with an easy-to-prepare, clean eating menu –  You don’t have to be a good cook, with a little washing & chopping you can pull together meals from items in local grocery stores. You can stick with the proteins you like (turkey, chicken and fish) Or you can keep it vegetarian if you prefer. The menu can accommodate a gluten-free, dairy free, vegetarian , vegan and soy-free diet as well.

Is there a lot of cooking involved?

No , the big misconception is that we need to follow what is being told instead we work on your likes , dislikes and get a feel on what your lifestyle is like to be able to fit the program to fit your schedule not the other way around.
