What is the Flavorful FIT Movement?
The FlavorfulFIT Movement is a program for those who want to lose weight in addition to improving overall health providing nutrition, mindset and a whole foods approach. The FF program focuses on balancing your hormones and blood sugar with many options to choose from so you don't feel deprived. Most diets focus on restriction and removing certain food categories which leave you feeling lost after you lose weight. I am here to help you focus on implementing healthier alternatives , keep you satisfied by eating the things you love which will create a lifestyle you can enjoy while losing weight and mold habits to help you long term.
Don't waste your time during the day with a consultation that explains our approach ; instead listen to a video conference which is given at the convenience of your home providing you with basic lifestyle and nutrition information , unless of course, you'd like a follow up appointment or one-on-one phone appointment after you finish the 3 day detox.

Eve believes real changes start with individualized guidance and group support if needed. Maintaining a open relationship and being comfortable to talk about your personal hardships , weaknesses and concerns truly helps me understand the root cause of your emotional and physical concern.
What does the first 4 weeks include ?
Full menu's with Breakfast , lunch dinner and snacks ideas. ( you can easily modify the menus to fit your lifestyle)
1 - 60 minute Video conference on Wednesday night the 3rd day of detox ( explaining the program and other topics like shabbat and how to dine out.)
(2)20 minute one on one appointments ( appointments are made after 3 day detox)
(via phone or in person where you track your progress, discuss and address concerns, fitness coaching and to stay motivated)
A Meal Tracker will be mailed to you with portion lists and substitutions for variety of different food options.
(open to all different lifestyles vegans, gluten free, vegetarian etc if you don't have time to cook the meal tracker helps you customize the program to every busy lifestyle)
Access to a private Instagram account
WhatsAPP chat support group- (NOT Mandatory) , includes workouts and tons of tips!
Daily access to ME daily as you roam the supermarket or dine in a restaurant always have your questions answered throughout your journey. (NOT AVAILABLE AFTER 8:30PM)
What is the cost to participate ? How long do clients stay on the program?
Our 4 week jumpstart program is $175 which includes all the above. Once you complete the jumpstart , you can then continue to on our GOLD monthly program at $72 for 4 weeks. This has the same level of accountability, communication, and commitment , including menus , recipes and weekly check ins and 2 appointments . Most clients are on this program for 1-2 months as they reach their goal weight and/or are comfortable managing food and exercise on their own.
Once at goal or if you need something more affordable , we then offer a maintenance program at $50 for 4 weeks, where you stay connected with weekly check ins and whats app support plus 24/7 access to me. This gives you flexibility at an affordable price but still holds you accountable.
Along the way you will learn how to balance and live a healthy lifestyle as well as work towards your goal weight. By the end, you will feel confident and ready to maintain the lifestyle on your own. If you feel like the silver program will help you stay accountable you can stay on the silver program for as long as you need.

Do I have to live in New York?
We communicate 100% via Whats APP so we can work with women and men all over the world.
Currently we work with clients who live internationally.
Do I need to order special food?
No, we will provide you with an easy-to-prepare, clean eating menu – You don’t have to be a good cook, with a little washing & chopping you can pull together meals from items in local grocery stores. . You can stick with the proteins you like (turkey, chicken and fish) but we recommend staying away from red meat. Or you can keep it vegetarian if you prefer. The menu can accommodate a gluten-free, dairy free, vegetarian , vegan and soy-free diet as well.
Charges throughout program are non-refundable.
