Gluten Free and Egg Free Pancakes


1 cup almond flour

½ cup arrowroot powder

1 tbsp ground flax + 2.5 tbsp water

½ cup almond milk

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp almond butter

2 tbsp applesauce

¼ tsp sea salt

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp baking powder

1 banana

2 tbsp cocoa powder

⅛ tsp baking soda

1 tbsp peanut butter

Chocolate chips on top, optional


Preheat oven to 350F.

Mash banana and add the rest of the ingredients.

Pour into muffin tins and sprinkle with chips.

Bake 20 minutes.
