I’ve been working with Eve since May 2022 when I got diagnosed with EBV and was unable to eat, sleep or go to the bathroom. With her help I was able to start eating again and improving the above. She helped me advocate for myself with my doctors by asking the right questions about what test to do, medication dose etc. but most of all eating right so I could function again! Helping me with hashimotos, h-pilory, EBV among many other health issues. I can now eat without being afraid of having horrible heartburn or reflux. I can eat without getting tired or sleepy. I can sleep all night without waking up 2-3 a night. I wake up refreshed. I’m not dependent on coffee to function. I now have energy. I can go to the bathroom everyday! And I was constipated my whole life! Is been a long road and we’re still working on improving my health (like the onion, peeling all the layers) but I can say that by listening to everything that Eve tells me to do I have seen progress. Eve has made a huge difference in my health and I like that she uses food as medicine and she’s not trying to get you to take a bunch of pills. I’ve been coming to Eve over two years now and all I can say is she absolutely the best ! At first I was very intimidated by her and worried I won’t be able to keep up. Right away I realized that was not the case. She truly cares about every girl in the class and goes around to help us when we’re doing something not good either for our back or posture.

Her classes are amazing, they are so addicting you just keep coming back for more. Eve is also a lot of fun to be around, she became a friend more than a trainer. It’s the highlight of my day coming to her, no one judges you and everyone trains on their own level. Couldn’t ask for a better class and environment.

Eve’s own personal struggles and triumphs make her the perfect mentor/teacher. She really is someone to look up to after all she’s accomplished.
