FF Whats App support group is open to previous FF clients who dont need menus and recipes and just need guidance, support , daily information , recipe guidance, Optional * additional charge for weekly meetings(weigh ins or menus) everyone will be able to share recipes, tips and my daily inspirations for the day. I hope this can keep everyone accountable to keep living a healthy lifestyle on their own terms.
