3/4 cup Spelt flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg or flax egg ( tbsp flax meal + 3 tbsp water)
1/4 cup + 1 tbsp maple syrup
1/3 almond milk
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 apple peeled and shredded ( cheese grater)
Dark chocolate for drizzling
Preheat oven to 350f
Spray a donut tray
1. Whisk spelt, powder, cinnamon and mix in following wet ingredients .
2. Mix well and pour batter in donut pan .
