Peanut Dressing

In a blender mix all the following ingredients:

 

1 garlic clove

1/2 inch ginger

4 tablespoons peanut butter

half lemon juiced

dash sriracha 

3 tablespoons water

 

1/2 tablespoon soy sauce

10ml maple syrup (1/2 tablespoon + 1/2 tsp)

1/2 tablespoon toasted sesame oil 

Tablespoon Rice Vinegar

 

Blend all ingredients depending on thickness consistency add more water if needed. To get more of a creamier texture for a thick drizzle effect for tofu dipping sauce, rice paper wraps dipping sauce, lettuce wraps  try adding more peanut butter for a thicker consistency.
