Cinnamon Sugar Spread:
butter room temp ( 3 tbsp) or coconut oil
1/3 coconut sugar
1/4 cup regular sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
Mix all ingredients well.
Half cup of milk ( can use almond milk)
1 1/2 cups of Rories Mix
3 tbsp melted butter stick ( coconut oil or I used canola)
Tsp of vanilla extract
2 tsps of baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
Preheat oven to 350f
Mix all ingredients well I used my hands and spray a 10 inch pan x 2 inches or any other pan thats small. Spread half the dough mix then spread cinnamon sugar to coat add another layer of dough and spread another layer of dough . Top it off with cinnamon sugar.
The smaller the pan the better more layers!!!
Bake for about 20 minutes until firm to touch and golden around the edges. You can use parchment paper for easier management with the pan.
Enjoy it as much as I did it was the first cake to finish the texture of the mix was amazing it was a mix of cake and chally taste was just simply amazing ! Thank you Rorie for sending the mix cant wait to create more recipes! @fullnfree
