This flavor combo was amazing super easy and you can always store the mixture in an airtight container and bread fish , chicken or even make raw ground beef by adding chili powder!
12 ounces thin chicken Cutlets
1 cup sunflower seeds
2 tbsps sesame seeds toasted
1/8 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp curry
1/8 tsp ginger powder
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp coriander
1/4 tsp mustard powder
1 lime or lemon zested
Preheat the oven to 350f and line a sheet tray with parchment paper. Spray with pam.
1. In a food processor pulse all spices except the sesame seeds.
2, Mix in the Sesame seeds and add a tablespoon of olive oil to mixture and blend with your hands.
3. In a plate pour spice mixture and bread cutlets by flipping both sides to coat with seeds.
4. Place on tray and bake for 12-18 minutes until golden brown.
