How many different ways can we use brussel sprouts until we get bored of it? Heres another easy way to get use out of brussel sprouts. The crunch will keep you fingerlicking and picking endlessly.
1 pack shredded brussel sprouts
4 cloves garlic crushed
Tablespoon olive oil
Salt to taste
1/3 cup coconut flakes toasted
1/2 tsp liquid smoke
Tsp soy sauce ( liquid aminos or low sodium)
Tsp maple syrup
Preheat oven to 400f
1. On a lined sheet tray spread brussel sprouts , garlic , oil , salt and mix with your hands to fully incorporate flavors lay evenly and bake till golden , soft depending on cooked you like it. Some people like it longer for a chip crunch *if spread out more evenly.
2. On a seperate tray mix flakes, soy sauce, maple syrup, liquid smoke with your hands and spread out evenly . Bake unti crisp being careful not to burn around 4 -5 minutes depending on your oven.
3. On a serving plate place brussel sprouts and chips on top!
