Cauliflower Rice 2 Ways

Ingredients: 

 2 cups Cauliflower riced 

One onion chopped

1 garlic minced 

Half tsp allspice

Half cup no chicken chicken broth 

Tsp chopped thyme 

Tsp brown sugar 

3/4 cup black beans rinsed 

Directions: 

Saute the garlic and onion until translucent . Add in the cauliflower and put in seasonings, salt, thyme, allspice, black beans, sugar and saute for 5 minutes add in the chicken broth and let it reduce half way. Enjoy with some grilled chicken with the same spices.! 

I love recreating cauliflower rice! 

Tofu:

Tbsp liquid aminos 

Tsp sesame oil 

Tsp sesame seeds 

Tbsp rice vinegar 

Tbsp maple syrup 

Preheat the oven to 400f 

Cut the tofu into 5 slices and cover with bounty. Put a heavy book on top to drain water for 10 minutes. 

Spray a parchment paper pam .

Mix together tofu with sesame oil, sesame seeds, liquid aminos soy sauce , rice vinegar and maple syrup and lay it on the parchment . 
Bake for 20 minutes and cut into cubes. 

Cauliflower rice: 

2 cups cauliflower rice 

1 onion chopped 

2 cloves garlic minced 

Tbsp liquid aminos 

Tsp sesame oil 

Tsp sesame seeds 

Tsp rice vinegar 

1 cup edamame shelled

Half cup kimchi 

Directions: 

Saute onion and garlic until translucent . Add in the cauliflower and edamame. After 5 minutes add the rest of the ingredients and throw in the tofu.
