Fast rising spelt dough

7 servings



1 ¾ cup spelt

½ tsp salt

1 tsp baking powder

2 tbsp olive oil

1 cup water



Preheat oven to 425f.

  1. In a bowl mix all ingredients if mixture is still sticky add flour until your able to work with it .

  2. Roll out dough on a surface dusted with flour.

  3. Place your toppings and bake until edges are golden .


Sweet version :

1 ¾ cup spelt flour

Pinch salt

1 tsp baking powder

2 tbsp melted coconut oil

1 cup water

½ cup coconut sugar


Add more flour if needed until not sticky. Roll out and use dough in any sweet dish .
