60 minute Session
As your health coach I will both motivate you and hold you accountable. We’ll get clear on your goals together and I’ll share practical, tangible tools and educational materials (if you want them!) Being a certified fitness trainer I am also able to give you some tips on how to achieve a fitness level goal!
Why? Because it’s harder to go at it alone and so much more fun when we do it together. The 60-min, one-on-one coaching sessions will be conducted over the phone, in person or via Facetime.
You will receive a full body assessment including BMR, body fat index, Calorie Deficit a filling and healthy Detox plan to rid of toxins and cleanse your system from poor dieting getting your body ready to transition into a healthy , energetic body.
30 minute Session
Tired of eating bland boring meals to help you lose weight? Let me come up with ideas to make your journey easy,tasty and lose weight at the same time. We will plan out a 7 day menu to keep you prepped and ready for the week ahead of you with lots of new snack ideas weekly.
Health and Fitness Coaching
90 minute Session
A one time 90 minute session to kick off your healthy lifestyle, address one specific issue wether it's a specific food sensitivity or just need to gain some knowledge in nutrition. Advice on nutritional benefits and understanding where the underlying issue is coming from. If you are unsure about your fitness goals take the time to ask questions and ask a certified fitness trainer how to recover from a injury, weight loss goals or how to build lean muscles after a transformation etc.
I'm here to offer you a completely customized roadmap to health, developed with your health history, lifestyle, and specific goals in mind.
