Spinach Millet Burgers
Millet is not your ordinary grain. We tend to focus on quinoa or things like brown rice and sweet potato burgers. I love to choose a different variety but what I loved about working with millet was that it had its own popping crunchy texture that you crave in a burger. Lots of burgers nowadays lack texture so I hope you can enjoy this burger as much as me and my friends have been doing creating it as our improv test. Each test and ingredients we get we love adding in each person's unique style of taste.
