Peanut butter filled Dates with melted Dark Chocolate

I love playing around with my late night goodies but I especially love the experimentation of keeping them low in calories , low in sugar, low in fat . Only because our bodies metabolism tends to slow down at night. So by balancing my day with healthy fats and natural fruits I cut back on the fat intake not bloating you making you feel light and satisfied after your last meal.

Ingredients

10 pitted dates cut in half

1 tsp creamy peanut butter

1 1/2 tbsp peanut butter powder - add water until creamy consistency

1oz melted 72% dark chocolate
