Chipwich without the guilt

Snickerdoodle Cookies 22 cookies Ingredients 1 cup almond flour 1 cup paleo mix (birch benders) (Costco or health food store) 1 egg ½ cup cashew butter 1 tsp vanilla extract ½ tsp baking soda ½ tsp cinnamon 1 tbsp melted coconut oil ½ cup maple syrup Directions Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Form into balls and push down flat. Bake on 350 F for 14 minutes until bottom of cookie is golden. Tag me in your creations! Use so delicious ice cream if your making a sandwich and dip in mini chocolate chips
