Egg-White Biscottis
Ingredients:
1 cup slivered almonds
1 cup sliced almonds
½ cup salted sunflower seeds
1 cups pistachios
½ cup black raisins
¼ tsp almond extract
1 tsp vanilla extract
5 egg whites
½ c cup mini chocolate cups
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 300F
In a bowl mix all ingredients and lay on a parchment paper pressing down into a rectangle shape. Bake for 25 minutes until the center is firm . Remove from the oven and let it cool. Slice it thin and put it back on the tray to bake for another 20-30 minutes until golden and crunchy.
