Ingredients
1 kibbe roll
16 oz whole tomato can
4 cloves garlic minced
1 cup v
egetable broth
1 tablespoon tomato paste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350f
1. Saute kibbe roll on all sides. I layed it on a bounty to remove excess oil. Slice roll curving the knife pointing towards the corner of your board. Slice thinly and set aside.
2. In a roaster set string beans and garlic toss with salt. Pour sauce above and squeeze tomatoes with your hands breaking them apart. In a bowl whisk paste and broth and pour on top.
3. Cover roaster well with tin foil and bake for 2 hours. Toss every 30 minutes so string beans dont dry out and add water if sauce starts to evaporate.
