Chocolate Hamantashen

Chocolate Hamantaschen

Yields : 25-30


4 eggs

1 cup light olive oil

⅓ cup cocoa powder

1 ¼ cup coconut sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp baking powder

Pinch salt

6 cups white spelt flour


  1. In a mixer or bowl add first 5 ingredients . Mix well and slowly pour in spelt flour. Add it in slowly until the texture is slightly sticky but not sticky that it sticks to your hands. Adjust flour if needed.
