Gluten Free and Egg Free Pancakes

Ingredients

1 cup almond flour

½ cup arrowroot powder

1 tbsp ground flax + 2.5 tbsp water

½ cup almond milk

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp almond butter

2 tbsp applesauce

¼ tsp sea salt

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp baking powder

Directions

  1. Whisk all dry ingredients

  2. Mix wet ingredients in a bowl

  3. Store in fridge for daily use or prepare pancakes on the griddle
