Chocolate Pistachio Coconut Date Bars with Sesame Crust

Did you ever feel as if when we get sick of something like a cookie or a muffin or maybe the same piece of grilled chicken it unmotivates you to continue eating healthy? Try changing shapes or changing the way that something is cooked can keep it interesting and help you move forward. Sick of a date ball? Press it down and cut it into a bar. Flatten it into a circle to look like a cookie. Like chicken? Use thighs, drumsticks, crumblers. Tired of chickpeas? Use chickpea flower to make a crust, air fry them, mold into a meatball with fresh herbs and veggies. Keep it simple, keep it under 5 ingredents. The point is to change what the eyes see, which then tricks us to move forward by keeping it fresh and different every time!
